Booking Terms and Conditions

The Passenger acknowledges that during the trip, the vessel is under the Captain’s complete control and sole responsibility.

Vuda Water Taxi Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse to carry or to remove from service, any passenger who is intoxicated by drugs/alcohol who may pose a potential threat to themselves, others, or property. The passenger’s booking credit card will bear all additional costs incurred as a result, and that travel sector will be deemed to have been traveled.

All transfers are subject to sea and weather conditions. Should adverse conditions prevent operation, the client is responsible for all additional costs incurred. Vuda Water Taxi Pte Ltd recommends travel insurance. Vuda Water Taxi Pte Ltd cannot be held responsible for missed flight connections due to late arrival at the airport.

Vuda Water Taxi Pte Ltd reserves the right to alter prices, apply fuel surcharges, cancel departures, and/or arrange alternative transport.

Pricing

All rates are Retail in Fijian Dollars and include taxes where applicable. All prices include Fiji Government taxes & levies (currently 15% VAT)

 

To secure a booking: Vuda Water Taxi Pte Ltd requires a deposit debit of 50% as confirmation and 50% 3 working days before the scheduled booking.

We reserve the right to charge additional fees including waiting time, extra passengers, cancellations, or any variations to pick-up or destination points.

 

Cancellation Policy: Within 48 hours 50%, within 24 hours 100%, and No Show 100% of the fare is non-refundable.

 

Vuda Water Taxi Pte Ltd reserves the right to alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and vary itineraries and services if necessary.

 

Children:

Children 2-11 years old, 0-2 Free Of Charge

Transfers

  • Complimentary transfers are provided for selected day trips from most Nadi, Wailoaloa, Port Denarau & Coral Coast hotels/resorts but must be pre-booked.
  • Transfers can also be provided from either Sapphire Bay Villas or Anchorage Beach Resort.
  • All courtesy coach transfers must be pre-booked at least 24 hours prior to the tour date.
  • Missed transfer connections will necessitate customers to make their own arrangements at their own cost.

Inclusions

All inclusions are as indicated in the brochure and website at the time of travel. If not stated as included then item/s are at the customer’s own cost.

Liability

Should adverse conditions prevent operation, our liability is limited to offering an alternative cruise or appropriate refund no greater than the fare paid. The client is responsible for their own additional accommodation costs. Vuda Water Taxi Pte Ltd is not responsible for missed flights due to late arrival at the airline check-in counter what regardless of the cause.

 

Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings. Vuda Water Taxi Pte Ltd shall not be held responsible for any property loss or damage and/or any claim resulting from personal injury or death arising whilst traveling with the company. This disclaimer applies irrespective of cause.

 

Vuda Water Taxi Pte Ltd will take every care and precaution possible, and we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to the passenger’s personal effects.

 

Any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or pregnancies must be advised at the time of booking. A medical certificate may be required for travel.

Fishing Expectations

  • Fishing is a sport, and success can vary from day to day. While we strive to provide the best experience possible, we cannot guarantee the quantity or size of fish caught during the tour.
  • Weather conditions, fish behavior, and other factors can influence the outcome of the fishing trip.
  • Our experienced crew will do their best to guide you and increase your chances of a successful catch.

Changes to fishing Itinerary:

We may adjust the tour itinerary, route, or fishing locations based on weather conditions, fish activity, or other factors. Your understanding and flexibility are appreciated.

Our vessels are surveyed by MSAF. Smoking is not permitted on our vessels.
